Classroom Organization

Boundless Learning promotes a three-tiered approach to classroom organization. Protocols and procedures for classroom management and instruction address the whole class, team, and individual student level. Consider the typical classroom with a student to teacher ratio of 1:25. Whole class management strategies and instructional delivery ensure that everyone has a common understanding of how the class operates and what content will be learned. Next, by using high performance student teams, teachers can reduce the ratio from 1:25 to 1:5. Finally, Boundless Learning protocols and procedures also address students’ individual needs so that teachers are able to provide one-on-one support.
