Team Identity

Once teams are formed and student desks are physically moved into the new formation, it is time for teams to create a Team Identity. This activity can serve as the first of several teambuilding activities. Have students form a team identity by selecting original names that reflect a positive attitude, teamwork, success, and academic themes (e.g. poetry, geometry, technology, space).

Team Identities should include:

•Team name
•Team goal
•Team logo and/or team picture
•Team handshake and/or cheer
