Challenge Question

Teachers begin the lesson by posing a Challenge Question, which relates directly to curriculum indicators and student objectives. The Challenge Question activates students’ prior knowledge as they discuss make predictions with their teammates. By the end of instruction, students should be able to answer the Challenge Question.
