Student Count Eligibility Codes

Eligibility 1

A student with a disability enrolled in a public school or placed in a nonpublic school by the public agency to receive free appropriate public education (FAPE).

 

Eligibility 2

A student with a disability parentally placed in a private school within the jurisdiction of the local school system that is receiving a service(s) from the local school system through a service plan.

 

Eligibility 3

A student with a disability parentally placed in a private school within the jurisdiction of the local school system and who is not receiving services through a service plan.

 

Eligibility 4

An eligible public school student with a disability not receiving services due to parent refusal to initiate special education and related services.

 

Eligibility 6

A child, under the age of 3 determined eligible for Part B preschool special education and related services, and the child’s parents provide consent for their child to continue early
intervention services through an IFSP (Extended IFSP Option).
