Session 2: Overview of the Child Outcomes Summary (COS) Process

Now that you have learned about the three child outcomes and the importance of data on the outcomes, Session 2 gives you an overview of the process used to collect those data. In this session, you will learn about key features of the Child Outcomes Summary (COS) process and when programs are expected to complete the process. This information provides the background you need to further explore the requirements and resources specific to your state's policies about collecting child outcomes data.
