Session 6: Good Teaming, Good Decisions

Teaming is a critical feature of early intervention and early childhood special education, including COS decision-making. This session describes what effective teaming practices look like in the context of the COS process.

• Effective COS teaming practices and how they lead to accurate ratings;
• How to support active participation by all COS team members, including families; and
