Additional Details
Complete the Additional Details screen.
1. In the text box, provide any additional information or details that you feel will be helpful to the team that will be reviewing the child's case. In the next screen, you will have an opportunity to upload any supporting documentation that you wish to accompany the referral.
2. Click the Save and Continue button.
3. The Supporting Documentation screen will appear.
