Once you know the AT tools or strategies that are most likely to help your student, it's time to plan where and when the student will need the AT and who will be responsible for helping with the AT. Do special circumstances or potential challenges exist that will affect AT integration throughout the student's day across environments? How will information about the AT be communicated to people involved with the student across those environments? The Implement AT Plan provides details about AT integration, defines roles, and establishes data collection protocols for AT monitoring.
