Learning Together

Now that you have completed the Presentation, you are ready to engage in the Learning Together activity. This activity was designed to apply your knowledge and demonstrate understanding of the content learned in Presentation.

Select the grade level relevant to you. As you go through the activity:

  • Review the completed graph.
  • Identify key components of the graph.
  • Determine next best steps based on the results, by answering three questions.
 

Pre-K

Complete the following activity. Then, reflect on the questions that follow.

Work with a colleague or your team to determine the next best steps based on the results from the activity. Use the following guiding questions:

  1. Is Bobby making progress at an acceptable rate in order to meet the predetermined goal?
  2. Does Bobby's instructional program or the intervention need to be adjusted or changed in order for Bobby to achieve his IEP objective?
  3. What information based on the data can be shared with Bobby, his teachers and his parents?

3rd Grade

Complete the following activity. Then, reflect on the questions that follow.

Work with a colleague or your team to determine the next best steps based on the results from the activity. Use the following guiding questions:

  1. Is John making progress at an acceptable rate in order to meet the predetermined goal?
  2. Does John's instructional program or the intervention need to be adjusted or changed in order for John to achieve his IEP objective?
  3. What information based on the data can be shared with John, his teachers and his parents?

6th Grade
